Chow Mein: Version 1
All the information you need to help make Chow Mein, including preparation and ingredients guide.

In China, Chow Mein is made with Soft Spaghetti. For the Crunch Spaghetti-Chow Main, add more cooking oil.
Theres freedom to use Shrimps instead of Pig Meat, Chicken or Cow.
For 4 to 6 People.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Bean Sprouts
- 2 Units of Chicken Breasts without Skin
“Dressing”
- 1 Tablespoon of Oysters Sauce
- 1 Tablesppon of Soybean Sauce
- Salt and Pepper as you Wish
- 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
Sauce
- ½ Cup of Water or Chicken Soup
- 1 Tablespoon of Oysters Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Soybean Sauce
- Salt and Pepper as you Wish
- 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
- 4 Tablespoons of Water
Others
- 1 Box of Spaghetti
- 2 Stems of Celery or Bok-Choy
- 1 Broccoli or Bok-Choy, cut in Button Style
- 2 Cups of Fresh Cut Mushrooms
- 1 Unit of Red Pepper
- 1 Unit of Red Onion
- 1 Unit of Green Onion (Little Onion, Sping Onion)

Method
1 or 2 hours before starting cooking, wash the Bean Sprouts
Cut the Chicken in Thin Lines. Add the Dressing, Add Cornstarch in last place. Marinate the Chicken ½ Hour.
Now, the next 3 steps can be done while the chicken is being Marinated:
Start making the Sauce, in a Small bowl Dissolve the Cornstarch with 1 of the 4 tablespoons of water. Mix the water or Chicken Soup with the Oysters Sauce, Soybean Sauce, Salt, Pepper, and the Mix of Cornstarch and Water, leave it aside. Soft the Spaghetti putting them in Boiling water with salt. After Cooking get the water out and put cold water to stop the cooking process.
Wash the Vegetables, according as Necessary. Cut the Celery and Bok Choy in Juliana style. If the Broccoli is Replaced by Bok-Choy, use Broccoli Buttons.
Was and Cut the Mushrooms in Fourths or long cuts. Cut the Red Pepper in Half, take the seeds and cut it in big pieces. Take the “Skin” and cut the Onion in Juliana Style, Cut in little pieces the Green Onion. Warm a Wook or a Frying Pan on High Temperature.
Add 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil. When the Oil is warm, add the Spaghettis. Move it. Take the Pasta from the Wook, add 2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil. Coock the Rest of the Vegetables Separately, except the Green Onion, seasoning each with a little of Salt, while its being moved, When cooking the Bok-Choy or Broccoli, add ¼ cup of water and cover for 2 minutes. Take the Vegetables from the Frying Pan when its finished of Moving.
Add more Cooking Oil according as Necessary. The Sauce its made in a quick way. Add every Ingredient again to the Wook, Moving well the center of the Wok. Add the Sauce Ingredients, Moving quickly to make it thick. Mix Everything. Add Green Onions in the End. Throw the Chow-Mein on the Spaghettis.
Use Sesame Seeds to Garnish.
Serve hot..
