Creating a Spaghetti Casserole

published by friendshipter on Dec 20, 2009

Hi friends, try this out recipe and feedback on it, please..

You will have to boil the spaghetti in water try to add a drop or two of canola oil to the bowl. To keep the pasta from sticking. Also, the canola oil can also help with your skin and hair.  When the pasta soaks in the oil as well.

Here is how to fix the casserole..

Spaghetti at the bottom, whole grain, butter the pasta with 0 calorie butter spray, Use spaghetti sauce, add to that slicked mushrooms, cut tomatoes, add a small can of tomato paste to thicken it.  Cook some ground turkey, add it to the mix.  Softly mix it in a bowl, then add some cheese on top make sure you spread it evenly around the casserole. Or if you want to stake the ingredients.  Then add some basil, and other seasons,. Being careful not to much for the sodium content.  Still keep carefully blending the mix add the shredded cheese again on top then put it in the oven.

Strongly recommend a leafy salad with low calorie oil based dressing to go with your spaghetti dinner.  To lower the cholesterol.  As well as some water.  To wash it down.

The tips and how it’s written good… And separately the attached photos are great as well… But I hope you separately posted the photos to have a consistency with your well-thought off ideas…

Anyways, I like your tips… They’re very easy to apply because you explained it well…
