Flannery’s Yummy Vegetarian Pasta

My favorite pasta dish!
Ingredients
- 1 package penne pasta
- 1 crushed garlic clove OR 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cut pine nuts
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package feta cheese (crumbled or block)
Preparation
- Boil pasta for 11-13 minutes, add a dash of olive oil to keep it from sticking.
- Chop feta cheese (if in a block).
- Drain pasta, add olive oil, garlic, and pine nuts. Stir
- Wait 10 minutes for pasta to cool further, then add feta and kalamata olives.
And you’re done!
If you’re not vegetarian, you can also add 1 chopped and sauteed chicken breast. I recommend using a bit of olive oil and garlic or garlic salt which sauteeing to bring out flavor.
