Taste penne pasta with home made sauce and mince beef..

Hello all and here is a quick winter warmer for you ,so get out the pots and pans and start cooking..this will feed 4 easily..

what you will need is half a packet of mince beef ,1 packet of peppers, 2 small gloves of garlic,1 oxo cube,tin of chopped tomatoes,button mushrooms,parsley,salt,pepper,sugar,red sauce,penne pasta and mature cheddar.
ok we have the ingredients lets get started.

Heat the frying pan medium heat then add mince beef with no added oil as there will be enough fat in the mince to cook the rest of the ingredients..while mince beef is cooking chop oinion ,tip leave skin on when first cut this helps reduce the tears..chop half the peppers and half the punet of mushrooms,then crush garlic..
When the mince beef is cooked add to large saucepan ,then place chopped oinion,mushrooms,peppers,garlic to frying pan which contains the meat juices..gentle fry for 4 minutes.
whilst frying open tin chopped tomatoes and add to mince beef in large saucepan then add ingredients from the frying pan.

get another pan out for the penne pasta fill half full with water and then bring to boil once boiled add penne pasta (add enough to feed four) then add teaspoon of salt and stir in, return to boil with pasta and stir,then simmer for 25 mins ,while pasta is simmering then put other pan with monce beef etc.. on medium heat add cup of water ,salt,pepper,teaspoon sugar,3 tablespoon red sauce ,parsley,stir together and leave simmering on low heat with pan covered,pasta should be cooked but check first should be firm but not hard or soft..then empty water out the pasta and add the other pan to it and stir all the ingredients together…Serve on plate or in bowl and sprinkle with grated mature cheddar…
