Grecian Lasagna

Another take on lasagna…..

This recipe comes from a cookbook called Bright ideas for the holidays from Kraft General Foods

3/4 pound ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 garlic clove minced

1 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce

6 lasagna noodles, cooked drained

8 ounces crumbled feta cheese

8 ounces monterey jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350F

Brown meat; drain. Add onions and garlic; cook until tender.

Stir in spaghetti sauce simmer 20 minutes.

In 12×8 inch baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauces and cheeses, repeat layers.

Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

PREP TIME 30 MINUTES cooking time, 30 minutes plus standing time.

    Yummy, I would change one little thing. I would use eggplant rather than ground beef.
