Healthy, Low Fat Lasagna

A yummy lasagna recipe for all to enjoy.

Many of us love lasagna but are unable to eat it. Why?? because we are on diet and are avoiding fat. Well here is something that is sure to satisfy not only yours but also your family’s taste buds. Give it a try and let me know how it turned out for you and your family.
Ingredients:
You will need 6-8 lasagna noodle sheets and 1/2-1 cup of cheese(Cheddar+mozzarella) ,depending on how much cheese you like, for this.You also need to preheat your oven.
Spicy Chicken layer1/4 kg boneless chicken cut into small cubes, 2 small onions, 1 tablespoon corn/olive oil or any oil you like, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup tomato puree, 3 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 1/2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 lemon,Salt to taste , pinch or two dried oregano , , Black pepper to taste, 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, 2 teaspoon red pepper corn flakes, 1 teaspoon, steak sauce(optional)
2-White Sauce Layer1 1/2 cup of skim milk, 2 teaspoon cornflour, 2-3 teaspoon black pepper,  Salt to taste, 2teaspoons of lemon, 1/4 cup of low fat cheese(mozzarella+Cheddar)

Method:1- Boil a pot of water that fits the lasagna sheets. Add salt when small bubbles start emerging. Add some oil to this and put in the lasagna sheets and let them boil. Take them out when almost done and let them cool a bit.2- For the sauce start with chopping the garlic and onions.3- Put the oil in a pan and saute garlic and add in the onions.4- When the onions start to golden add in the chicken n cook the chicken completely.5- Add in the spices and the all the ingredients and let everything mix well.6- Reduce the sauce as much as you like.7- For the white sauce put the milk in a pan and let it heat up.8- Add in the spices. Now mix the cornflour in quarter cup of water and mix well. Now slowly add this in a thin stream into the milk while whisking continue-sly. Now add in rest of the ingredients and and keep stirring while cheese melts.6- Take a regular bread mold( or any mold really its on you) and Greece it with some oil. Now put lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish.Put the chicken layer on and again top with lasagna sheets. Pour the white sauce and sprinkle quarter of the cheese and again put the remaining lasagna sheets and top with rest of the cheese and bake until cheese melts.
P.S Feel free to be as much creative as you want. You don’t t to follow everything exactly. Just have fun with this.
