I know everyone has their own recipe for Pasta Salad, but mine rules!
Hello yall, this is Maisha. I am writing this article to brag on my Pasta Salad. I know it’s not good to brag, so I won’t say “brag” LOL! I will just “talk” about my Pasta Salad. Don’t get me wrong, I know that different people have different ways of doing stuff, so don’t think I am putting your salad down… I’m just “talking” about mine(LOL).
Have you all ever went to someone’s party or wedding or whatever, and tasted the Pasta Salad there and it just tasted like someone boiled some noodles and called it a Pasta Salad?Not me! I hate that! So I will tell you how I do mine. I would love feedback, because I like trying new things too. So feel free to leave a comment. First of all, I use the spiral noodles. Once the noodles are done, rinse them off with cold water so they will quickly cool and not be so mushy. I use dice tomates, dice bell peppers, diced onions, sliced black olives, sliced 1/2 size cucumbers, grated, medium chedder cheese, diced ham, salad shrimp, cut immitation crab, Ranch salad dressing, Zesty Italian salad dressing and some Tony’s Creole Seasoning. The amount of ingredients I use is based on however I’m feeling that day! For the most part, I like my salad LOADED! And there you have it… Maisha’s Pasta Salad!
