Penne a La Greek

An easy to make recipe with penne pasta, tomatoes, smoked pork, and halloumi cheese.
Ingredients
- Penne pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Smoked pork loin
- Halloumi cheese (Cyprus cheese)
- Parsley
Recipe
Boil some water and cook the pasta.
On a grill, add a few pieces of smoked pork loin and slightly cook them to release their aroma.
When the pasta is about ready, do the same with halloumi cheese.
It is better to chop the pork and the cheese in bite size pieces before you cook them.
Then, drain the pasta and put them in a deep bowl. Add the pork and the cheese, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the parsley.
This food is not to be served cold so eat it immediately.
