Penne Alla Arrabbiata

Penne alla Arrabbiata is one of the best Italian pasta recipes. This recipe comes from my city, Roma.

Ingredients:

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon of chili peppers ,finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon of fresh parsley ,finely chopped
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh Pachino tomatoes
  • Penne pasta

Preparation:

  1. First of all, put abundant olive oil in a large frying pan and add garlic and chilli peppers at low flame.

    At the same time, put to bubble water for the pasta.

  2. Cut the Pachino tomatoes, each one in two parts,and add in the frying pan, now you can add salt and let the tomatoes release their sauce.
  3. When the water bubbles,add the salt,and then the pasta. Now I recommend, is essential to cook the pasta “al dente”, so drain it from the water a minute before the cooking time reported on the confection.
  4. Now add the pasta in the frying pan, raise the flame, and finish cooking it in the sauce.
  5. Prepare the portions and add fresh parsley. Boun Appetite!!!
