this is a simple meal that wont cost much and fill up your hungry belly

you will need a spaghetti  pack

a cup of yogurt

some salt

some oil

some pepper

an onion and some minced meat

boil the spaghetti till they are done and then was and dry them

to make the sauce mince the onion and then heat up 2 spoons of oil in a pan

put the onion once the oil is hot move constantly till its golden

add the meat

cook till its brownish add salt and pepper

remove the pan from the source of heat add yogurt and move it a bit

put the sauce on the spaghetti and its done served hot
