Spaghetti Bolognais

Spaghetti Bolognais Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoons of finely chopped basil leaves
  • 1.5 teaspoons of finely chopped oregano leaves
  • 400g of paste cooking sauce (Italian is best)
  • 500g of premium beef mince
  • 1.5 teaspoons of garlic
  • 1 large or 3 small bay leaves
  • 300g Spaghetti
  • 65g Grated parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Add mince to medium sized saucepan and let brown for 4 minutes.
  2. Mash until very fine. Add oregano, basil and garlic and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add pasta sauce and stir in well.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain spaghetti and add the sauce on top.

 

Serves 3
