Spaghetti & White Cream Sauce Recipe
This is a virtually fat-free version of a classic dish. Try this delightful spaghetti with white cream sauce recipe for dinner tonight.
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. Angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
- ¾ cup Fat-free ricotta cheese
- ¾ cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups fat-free chicken broth
- ¾ cup fat-free Parmesan cheese
Method:
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well.
- Lightly spray large saucepan with nonfat cooking spray; add ricotta cheese and cream cheese to saucepan and cook over medium heat until blended.
- Gradually add chicken broth to cheese and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and thick.
- Add pasta to sauce and toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

This is very good. I cook mine this way because I can’t eat tomatoes and it works well.
