Three-cheese Pasta

This article is about a recipe of three-cheese pasta.

duration: 40 minutes

serves: 4 person

ingredients:

1) 375g macaroni

2) 300ml cream

3) 80ml vegetable stock

4) 150g fontina cheese,gtated

5) 75g gorgonzola cheese,grated

6) 100g parmesan cheese,coarsely grated

7) 1 tbsp dijon mustard

8) 2 tbsps chopped-flat leaf parsley

9) 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

10) fresh ground black pepper

how to cook?

step 1: preheat oven at 180 celcius. meanwhile,cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water, uncovered until just right. drain.

step 2: heat cream and stock in a pan until hot. remove from fire, add fontina, gorgonzola and half the parmesan; stir until melted. add mustard and herbs. season to taste with black pepper. add salt if necessary. combine cream mixture with drained pasta.

step 3: pour pasta mixture into an ovenproof dish. top with remaining parmesan. bake in preheated oven for 20 mins or until browned.

    uhh i dont understand metric measurement if this was uploaded in imperial measurement i would gladly make it
