Now make vegetarian or non vegetarian pizza’s at home….

PIZZA

Ingredients: (For the Masala/Base)

  • Pizza Base                    2
  • Dairy craft cheese         100 gram
  • Onions                         2
  • Tomatoes                     3
  • Garlic cloves                 4
  • Salt, red chiLi                 to taste, powdered.
  • Ajinomotto                   optional
  • Black pepper
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Refined oil.

Method for the masala:

  1. Peel the onions, cut them and grate them in the liquidizer with little water. Keep this separate.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and also grate them in the liquidizer.
  3. Put the onions in a non stick pan, when the water evaporates then put refined oil, and keep stirring all the time till it turns brown.
  4. Now add the tomatoes and the garlic juice.
  5. Add all the seasonings, salt, red chili powder, Ajinomotto, black pepper.
  6. Keep for some time on the fire till the oil separates the gravy.
  7. Now, add the tomato sauce.
  8. Heat for 2 minutes and then keep separate.

Ingredients: (For the toppings)

  • Cabbage                                  cut into very fine thin slices.
  • Capsicum                                 cut long, length wise.
  • Paneer/cottage cheese grated & cut into cubes
  • Cheese                                     grated
  • Dairy craft / pizza cheese          500 grams per pizza, grated
  • Oregano & chili flakes.

Method:

 

  1. Put yellow butter on the pizza base.
  2. Spread the masala on the base.
  3. Sprinkle cabbage and Paneer/cottage cheese.
  4. Put cubes of Paneer or cottage cheese.
  5. Put capsicum.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.

Pre heat the oven at warm only without mentioning the temperature. Then put the pizzas on the lowest shelf at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes rotate the base

Just at   the end of baking put the pizza on the top most shelf for 1 – 2 minutes.

Mushroom Topping:

 

Note: Cut mushrooms, sauté in refined oil, black pepper, salt for some time and place them instead of Paneer cubes.

TIP: You can also sauté all the toppings like cabbage, capsicum, paneer in oil and salt before placing them on the pizza base. And can experiment with any topping of your choice.
