Pizza Fondue Recipe

A recipe for pizza fondue.

Ingredients

  • ½ loaf of Italian bread
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pepperoni
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese (cut into ½” cubes)
  • ¾ teaspoon snipped parsley
  • 2-3 drops of pepper sauce

Method

  1. Mix cornstarch and ¼ cup of the pizza sauce in a 1-quart saucepan. Stir in remaining sauce.
  2. Add pepperoni and oregano.
  3. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for one minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cheese, ¼ cup at a time until melted.
  5. Stir in parsley and pepper sauce.
  6. Pour into fondue pot to keep warm. Spear cubes of Italian bread and swirl them in fondue.

    This recipe is sooo yummy. You should try it and you can replace the italian bread with some vegetables too and it still tastes great.
