Punjabi Chana Masala

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOKING TIME: 40 minutes

 SERVES: 2

Ingredients Required:

·         150 g channa (soaked for 6-7 hours)

·          300 ml water

·         1 tsp oil

·         1 pack Knorr Ready-to-cook Punjab Channa Masala

·         1 tsp coriander, chopped

·         ½  onion, sliced

Method

·         Put all the ingredients into the cooker on a ‘ high flame.

·         After two whistles lower the flame and allow it to cook for 30 minutes.

·         Serve hot with baturas, garnished with chopped coriander and onions.
