Sausage and Taters

Easy one pot dish.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
- 2 lbs (6 medium) potatoes, cut into slices
- 1 kielbasa or beef sausage, cut into slices (or 6 hot dogs)
- 2 Tbsp flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups milk
Method
- Spread half the butter on bottom of larch nonstick skillet.
- Layer half the potato slices then half the sausage in the skillet.
- Sprinkle with half the flour.
- Dot with the remaining butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Repeat layers, ending with salt and pepper.
- Pour mile over.
- Bring to simmer over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook until potato slices are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Uncover skillet and simmer until sauce thickens
