Double Happiness Seafood Pot
A colourful Seafood Pot suitable for the whole family.

The seafood pot is a very healthy and delicious dish. It is fun and easy to cook.
Ingredients
- 4 Bunch of Pak Choy (cut into 4 cm each strip)
- 10 medium-sized white mushrooms (quatered)
- 1 packet of seafood mix (consists of prawns, scallops, mussels and cuttlefish)
- 5 cm of ginger (shredded)
- 5 cloved of garlic (chopped finely)
- 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoon of sunflower cooking oil
- 2 cups of water
Method
- Heat up the wok/pot with the cooking oil. Brown the garlic and ginger for 4 minutes. Then add the seafood mix and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
- Now, add the pak choy and the oyster sauce and cook for about 4 minutes. Add the water and salt to taste and stir the dish for about 3 minutes.
