How to Make Clam Chowder

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 piece ginger (1 inch)
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup clam meat
  • 4 cups clam broth
  • 1 bundle chili leaves
  • fish sauce to taste

Method

Parboil clams in 4 cups of water and separate meat from shell. saute garlic, onions and ginger. season with  fish sauce and add clam meat. boil for 5 minutes. add 4 cups of water and continued cooking for 10 minutes. lastly, add chili  tops before removing from fire.
