Preparing Tasty “Crab” Casserole at Home
A recipe for preparing delicious crab casserole.


Preparing Crab Casserole is quite easy and is delicious. Crab tends to be a bit expensive, but this recipe is so tasty it is worth every penny.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Lump Crabmeat
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Spanish Onion diced
- 2 sticks of Cracker Barrel Cheddar shredded
- ½ stick of Butter
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Diced Celery
- 1 Egg, 2 cups of fine Egg Noodles
Method
- First pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Next in large saucepan bring 4 cups of water to boil and add Egg Noodles, cook about 6 minutes remove and drain excess water. Next, in large bowl add Crab, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Egg, Butter, Cheese, Celery, and Onion, Milk and mix everything together well. Place in large Casserole dish, place in oven for 45-50 minutes.
- After about 50 minutes remove from oven let stand for 10 minutes and serve. You can add Paprika as a garnish and you can also add Bread Crumbs on top. This dish is creamy and delicious, very cheesy and rich. Cheesy and rich is ok once in a while as a treat.
- You can melt Cheese in saucepan with Butter & Milk prior to mixing ingredients together. Sometimes melting Cheese first makes the dish creamier.
