Shrimps with Potatoes

A lovely combination of shrimps and potatoes cooked in butter.

Ingredients:

1 lb raw shrimps

3-4 potatoes(cut into cubes)

3 tomatoes(chopped)

1 tsp red chili powder

salt to taste

2 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 cup butter

fresh parsley(for garnish)

Method:

  1. On a low flame heat butter in a wok and fry potatoes in them for 5-6 minutes. Don’t cook them completely.
  2. Add in all the spices,garlic and tomatoes and sauté for about  3-4 minutes.
  3. Now add the raw shrimps and sauté for another 4-5 minutes
  4. Cover and allow to cook until fully done.
  5. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
