Tasty Fried Prawns!

This article is a recipe of prawns.

Ingredients required for making it are as follows:

·         Tiger prawns (peeled and cleaned): eight pieces.

·         Egg: one.

·         Sauce (Chilly bean): one tablespoon.

·         Chilly paste: one table spoon.

·         Onion diced: 8 dices.

·         Capsicum diced: 8 dices.

·         Spring onion (diced): 2 tablespoon.

·         Salt for marinating: according to taste.

·         Corn flour: one tablespoon

·         Refined oil for frying it.

·         Garlic ( fine chopped): one tablespoon

·         Green chilly (fine chopped): one.

·         Black pepper (crushed it): one and half tablespoon

·         Stock water: 50 ml.

·         Salt to taste.

·         Sugar: a pinch.

·         Soya sauce: one forth tablespoon

·         Chinese wine: one tablespoon

·         Sesame oil: one tablespoon

·         Corn flour: one tablespoon

Method for preparation:

 

·         Pat dry and marinate the peeled, slit and cleaned prawns (remember to keep the tail intact) with egg, salt, corn flour and oil nearly about ten to 15 minutes.

·         Stir fry the marinated prawns, do not fry more or else it might get bad taste to eat.

·         Than heat the oil into wok, finely sauté garlic, green chilly, black pepper, chilly bean sauce and chilly paste for at least two to three minutes.

·         Add onion, capsicum, spring onion 2 tablespoon; stir fried prawns, pore stock water (50 ml), salt as per taste, sugar a pinch(remember), soya sauce one forth tablespoon and Chinese wine one tablespoon.

·         Now just complete the dish by thickening with corn flour and a dash of sesame oil only one tablespoon for delicious flavor.’ Its ready to eat you can now serve it hot with steamed rice or as per your taste.
