Sole Amandine

Sole Amandine is hot recipe for tasty.

Ingredients:

4 fillets of sole (1 pound)

¼ cup flour

¾ tbsp salt

¼ tbsp white pepper

3 tbsp special margarine

¼ cup blanched sliced almonds

2 tbsp minced parsley

1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure:

Wash and dry the fish; dip in a mixture of the flour, salt and pepper.

Melt 2 tbsp margarine in a skillet; sauté the fish until browned on both sides and fish flakes easily. Transfer to a heated serving dish. Melt the remaining margarine in the skillet; stir the almonds into it until lightly browned. Stir in the parsle and lemon juice; pour over the fish.
