Spice Up Your Turkey
Give your Thanksgiving turkey a kick in the butt with this simple Hispanic mix.

Ingredients:
· 1 Tbs. Vegetable oil*
· 2 Pkgs. Sazone (Goya)**
· 1 Tbs. Adobo (Goya)**
Directions:
1. Prepare the turkey how you would normally do it, taking out the insides, placing it into a pan, and setting the temp on the oven.
2. Cut slits in the turkey, how many slits and where is entirely up to you.
3. Mix the ingredients together in a tiny dish.
4. Use your fingers (trust me), to smear the mix into the slits. Make sure to get under the skin as well. Once all the slits are seasoned, use the remaining mix to season the rest of the turkey.
5. Cook turkey as you normally would.
Now your fingers will be Orange, in order to remove the seasoning you will have to wash your hands with distilled vinegar. Yucky I know, but it works.
The taste of your turkey will be soemthing to be remebered, with the exploding taste of PuertoRico, you cannot go wrong.
(* Double the measurements if the turkey is large.)
