Squash Casserole

Small casserole for about two people.

2 small yellow summer squash or zuchini squash thinly sliced

small onion chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1/4 cup mayonaise

2 tsp sugar

dash pepper

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crushed frosted flakes

1 1/2 tsp marjarine melted

Boil squash and onion for two minutes, drain.  Beat egg, add mayonaise, sugar salt and pepper.  Stir in cheese and squash with onions, pour into geased casserole.  Mix frosted flakes and melted marjarine, spinkle on top of casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes
