I’m going to share my secret recipe for the best chili cheese dip you’ll ever eat! My chili cheese dip has made me famous at all family holidays, baby showers, birthdays, etc and it’s super easy! It’s very filling too – sometimes I’ve used my dip as a meal!

You’ll need a large glass bowl that’s microwavable, and the following ingredients:

- 2 cans of No Beans Turkey Chili

- 1-8 oz. tub of cream cheese

- 2 bags of shredded cheese – 4-cheese Mexican. Usually I’ll use 1 bag of the reduced fat version, and 1 bag of the normal version.

- 1 or 2 bags of chips

Directions:

In your large bowl, put in the chili, cream cheese, then the shredded cheese. That’s all I do – I don’t even mix it together at this point.

IMPORTANT!

Before you put your dish into the microwave, be sure to cover the top of the bowl with a paper towel or some other kind of cover, or the dip WILL splatter all over your microwave. I will tell you from experience, this is NOT fun to clean up!

After the bowl is covered, microwave your dip for 5 ½ minutes on high.

After this is done, take the dip out of the microwave VERY carefully as the bowl will be very hot. NOW is the time to stir your dip. Use a large spoon and stir it really good for about a minute. As you stir, all your ingredients will melt with each other and mix together nicely.

If some of your ingredients are still not fully melted, go ahead and microwave it for approximately 30-45 seconds more. But I’ve found that usually the “stirring motion” will mix and melt everything together very nicely so you don’t need to do this.

Serve with chips and enjoy!
