The Perfect Easy Chili

This chili can be made with any extras you want. It is perfect and will make your taste buds dance.

Easy, Perfect Chili

1 Ib. of ground beef, browned

2 cans of tomato paste, for every can of sauce you also need a can of water (use the tomato paste can)

2 cans of tomato sauce

garlic powder

chili powder

cheyenne pepper(optional)

dash of salt

dash of pepper

bay leaves

oregano

1. Brown the ground beef

2. In a big pot combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings. ( You season to the taste, just add a generous amount and go from their tasting it here and there until it tastes right.)

3. Add browned ground beef.

4. Simmer on low heat for half an hour for best taste.

5. Before serving add cheyenne pepper if you like your chili spicey.

Quick Note: If you want to create a more filling dinner with less chili, then serve the chili over white rice.  This is delicious.
