Trout in Bacon

Delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

■ 4 small trout
■ 4 large slices of English bacon
■ 1 tablespoon butter
■ 250 g sour cream
■ salt
■ pepper
■ sweet paprika
■ cayenne pepper
■ teaspoon sugar

Trout Sprinkle inside and out, wrap them in slices of bacon, put in a buttered baking pan and wipe at 200 ° C bake for about 15 minutes. Mix sour cream with salt, pepper, Cayen pepper, paprika and sugar, pour the fish and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve with potatoes and salad.
