Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can Cream of Onion Soup
- 1 (16 oz.) package Frozen Broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) package Frozen Cauliflower
- 1 stick butter
- 1 package Town House Crackers
Method
In a medium bowl, mix egg, mayonnaise and soup with a spoon until just blended, set aside. Cook broccoli and cauliflower by package directions, until just tender; drain completely. After completely drained, place broccoli and cauliflower into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour soup mixture on top and gently stir together. Dap stick of butter over top. Crunch crackers and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
