Chana Masala
This is the method for making tasteful chana masala…
Portion: 4 person
Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Ingredients
Kabuli Chana – 3 cups
Onion – 1 piece
Tomato – 1 piece
Ginger – 1 piece
Bay leaves – 2-3 piece
Salt to taste
Haldi – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Veg. oil – 1 tsp

Method
- Soak chana over night & boil chana.
- Put oil in pan, add jeera, chopped garlic and onion.Cook till light brown colour,add ginger and chopped tomatoes.
- Add haldi powder,Kitchen’s promise chana masala,red chilli powder and salt.
- Add boiled chana.
- Add water enough to make thick gravy to boil, add lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped coiander and julienne ginger.
TASTEFUL CHANA MASALA IS READY TO EAT.YOU CAN TEKE IT WITH PARATHA OR CHAPATI.
