Cheesy Courgettes Recipe

Fun and easy to make courgettes; great when having people over, eat as snacks, appetizers, and as light meals. Easy for everyone to make, come and read!

Ingredients

  • 900g courgettes
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml of single cream
  • 125 g grated cheese
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Method

  1. Wash and slice the courgettes. Cook kin boiling, salted water for two to four minutes, then drain the courgettes.
  2. Beat the eggs and cream in the bowl. Add salt, nutmeg and pepper and mix well.
  3. Put the courgettes in baking dishes and pour the mixture (egg, cream, salt, pepper) and sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake the courgette at around 200®C/400®F for about 20 minutes, until the egg mixture is golden brown.

Ready to be eaten!
