Cheesy No Cheese Veggie Stirfry
This is a flavorful cheesy Veggie stirfry that has no actual cheese in it. No fat! no Choloresterol! Not enough calories to count! Great for weight loss.
Cheesy No Cheese Veggie stir-fry without
2 Table spoons of extra virgin Olive Oil
1 bunch Fresh asparagus
1 cup fresh broccoli tops
½ of a Red bell pepper chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
1 pear tomato chopped
1 cup fresh baby spinach
Butter flavored cooking spray
Land o lakes Butter seasoning
Land o Lakes sharp cheddar seasoning
Sliced almonds (optional)
Heat Olive oil in frying pan or wok.
Cut bottom tougher part of asparagus off and chop the rest in about 1 inch cuts. Add all Asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms and bell pepper to heated olive oil and sauté until soft. Add tomato and spinach and cook some more until spinach is wilted. Season veggies with Butter seasoning, sharp cheddar seasoning and garlic salt to taste. Add a sprinkle of sliced almonds in each serving as desired.
