Chestnut and Shallot Pathiviers

It is essentially a scrumptious and simple puff pastry containing an enriched blend of walnuts, chestnuts with shallot. In addition to this, it is growing in popularity. It’s distinct pyramid shaped dish has a warm and rich flavour, is saturated in protein and above all else, it’s low in fat! Please do remember that when serving, its one pyramid per person. Puff Pastry ( wheat flour, vegan margarine)
40%, Shallot6%,
Carrot9%,
Somerset preserved Walnuts6%,
Chestnuts6%,
Prunes4%,
soya milk glaze1%.
Serving Suggestions
This Xmas Hamper Winter meal can be served to the family with green mint tea and if you’re venturing out on a picnic, in Spring or Summer, foil wrap and place gently in picnic basket and enjoy it as a cold dish with kio-ra orange barley crush drink. A dish relish all the year round. Enjoy.
