		<description>Brussel Sprouts is one of my favorite veggies. I just love them. Will try your recipe, but I&#039;m something of a purist when it comes to spoouts: just cut in half, lightly salt, and steam. When done, toss in butter ... scrumptious! Thanks for the new idea.</description>
