Easy Vegetarian Madras Curry
I make this with paste and it’s completely vegetarian.
- 1 can aduki beans
- 1 teaspoon Pataks Madras paste
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 Nut cutlets (from Sainsburies or similar supermarket)
Simple add the ingredients together
- fry the paste in a drop of olive oil.
- Add tomatoes, beans and garlic
- Cook for 10 – 20 minutes to thickness you prefer.
- Put the nut cutlets in to the oven on 200Celcius 5 minutes before and cook.
- When everything is done put cutlets on plate and add the Aduki curry over it.
