Easy Vegetarian Madras Curry

I make this with paste and it’s completely vegetarian.

  1. 1 can aduki beans
  2. 1 teaspoon Pataks Madras paste
  3. 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 2 Nut cutlets (from Sainsburies or similar supermarket)

Simple add the ingredients together

  1. fry the paste in a drop of olive oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans and garlic
  3. Cook for 10 – 20 minutes to thickness you prefer.
  4. Put the nut cutlets in to the oven on 200Celcius 5 minutes before and cook.
  5. When everything is done put cutlets on plate and add the Aduki curry over it.
