Egg Upma

Learned this recipe from one chef of Andhra pradesh,india.

eggs – 4 (boiled),

salt,

curry leaves 2 strings,

ghee – 5 spoons ,

green peppers(green chilli) -3

wheat ravva – 1 cup ,

mustard seeds,cumin – 1 spoon each,

onion – 1,

fried peanuts(remove skin) – 4,5 spoons.

 

seperate egg white and yellow ,of boiled eggs. mash egg yellow , and cut egg white in small pieces and put seperately.

in 2 spoons ghee add upma ravva (wheat ravva)and fry it till nice aroma comes and remove. in remaining ghee add mustard seeds,cumin,peanuts,green peppers(green chilli)pieces and fry and add curry leaves,onion pieces, and fry it . add egg yellow mash and egg white pieces and add water 2 1/2 cups,salt, and boil for 2 minutes and add ravva and cook till water evaporates .add corriander leaves and serve hot.
