Filipino Tres Veggies Cariñosa

A vegetable meal that your children will surely love.
Ingredients
- 1 big Carrot
- 1 bundle of String Beans
- 1 whole small Cabbage
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small can Pork and Beans
- 1 big pouch Chicharon
Method
- Saute garlic, onion, and bell pepper in cooking oil. Add the Carrot and the String Beans.
- Add the Pork and Beans and Chicharon. Put some water. Boil under medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the Cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for two (2) minutes.
