Gobi or Cauliflower Manchurian

A famous Indian appetizer, sweet and spicy..
Ingredients
- 1 Big Cauliflower put in boiling salt water for 10 min and then cut in small pieces
- 2-3 cups Bason or gram flour ( required to mix)
- 2 Onions chopped
- Little tomato sauce
- 3-4 Spoon soya sauce
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 7-8 garlic flakes chopped
- small garlic chopped
- Oil for deep fry
- Green chillies chopped
- coriander leaves for garnish chopped
- 1tsp cumin seeds or jeera
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1-2 Tsp red chilly powder ( as per taste and spice)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Put the gram flour in a bowl and mix them with little oil slightly sticky. Add to this mixture some red chilly powder, turmeric, jeers or cumin seeds and 1tsp salt
- Mix the cauliflowers pieces in this flour mixture and leave for 10 min.
- During this 10 min we will prepare a mixture with tomatoes… i.e. first heat some oil,once oil heats put the garlic flakes,ginger chopped ,once these are slightly brown add tomatoes and wait till oil leaves from tomatoes. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil for deep fry and once oil is heated add the cauliflower pieces mixed in flour mixture.
- Remove them once they are fried and keep them aside.
- Next again heat little oil in a tawa or pan add green chilles,onions.Stir till onions are brown.
- Add the fried cauliflower and mix the tomato mixture, tomato sauce,soya sauce and stir it for 2-3 min.
- Its ready, now garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot and eat tasty.
