How to Make Yogurt Raita

This is a healthy recipe and very good for digestion.

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt – 500 gms
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped – ½ cup
  • Mint leaves finely chopped – ½ cup
  • Garlic flakes – 4
  • Green chillies – 2 or as per taste
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

 Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic flakes, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt with little water and mix with yoghurt.

  1. This is very good for digestion and taste very nice when had with vegetable pulav or biryani or just as a dessert.
