How to Make Yogurt Raita
This is a healthy recipe and very good for digestion.
Ingredients
- Yoghurt – 500 gms
- Coriander leaves finely chopped – ½ cup
- Mint leaves finely chopped – ½ cup
- Garlic flakes – 4
- Green chillies – 2 or as per taste
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic flakes, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt with little water and mix with yoghurt.
- This is very good for digestion and taste very nice when had with vegetable pulav or biryani or just as a dessert.
