Steps in preparing simple and instant Japanese style vegetable fried rice.

Ingredients:

  • A plate of white rice (for one serving)
  • Chilly paste
  • Finely chopped mushrooms
  • Two small slices of gingers
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Green dried seaweeds
  • Small slices of carrots and cabbages.

Instructions:

First heat some olive oil in the wok with medium fire and fly the gingers. Then, put in carrots, mushrooms, cabbages and two tablespoons of chilly paste. You may also add in some tomato paste according to your taste if you prefer.

Next, add in some green dried seaweed (soak in water for a while before cooking). Stir these mixtures slowly. After this, add in cooked rice. Stir and fry all the ingredients until the rice is well-mixed.

Make sure these are thoroughly cooked and then add a handful of sea salt or bamboo salt and pepper. Mix everything for one last time before serving.
