Kashmiri Aloo Curry

This curry is famous in Kashmir.

Ingredients

  • boiled aloo – 3,4.
  • onion paste – 1 cup,
  • tamota paste – 1 cup,
  • salt- 1 spoon,
  • red chilli powder -1 spoon,
  • corriander leaves,
  • cardomom 2,3 pieces, ilachi -3,
  • dry fruits-1 cup,garam masala – 1 spoon,
  • water.and oil. green chilli 2,3.

Method

in  a kadai  , in 2,3 spoons oil, add cardomom,ilachi, green chilli and fry them and add onion paste and fry it for 2 minutes and add tamota paste and fry it for 2 minutes and add dry fruits,salt ,chilli powder,boiled aloo pieces,water 1 cup,garam masala powder,and cook for 5 minutes and add corriander leaves and remove from fire.
