A very Nutritious and low calories dish, it is rich in Vitamin B2 and vitamin B3 , carbohydrate and protein. Vitamin B2 and B3 are important co-factor for mostflexible reaction and hence, they provide energy to the body.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tablespoon Dalia and 2 tablespoon Channa Dal
  • 1 cup Sour curd
  • 1 teaspoon oil,
  • Salt, pepper, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Method

Soak Dalia and Channa Dal for 2-3 hours. Grind the mixture in to a thick paste and add salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add 1 teaspoon oil and sour curd into the mixture and leave the batter for about 5-10 minutes to get bitter. Bring to idle batter consistency, stem and remove when set. Serve with chutney
