Indonesian Mixed Vegetable with Peanut Sauce (for 10 Packs):
Ingredients
- Long Bean, cut 3 Cm 75 Gram
- Spinach 100 Gram
- Sliced Cabbage 75 Gram
- Sliced Boiled Potatoes 200 Gram
- Wedges boiled eggs 3 Pieces
- Sliced Cucumber 100 Gram
- Wedges Tomatoes 200 Gram
- Local Lettuce 150 Gram
- Cube Fried Soy Bean Curd 200 Gram
- Cube Mold Treated Soy Bean 200 Gram
- Oil 500 CC
- Peanut Sauce:
- Sangria Peanut, Peeled 100 Gram
- Coconut Milk 500 CC
- Boiled Red Chili 100 Gram
- Peeled Garlic 30 Gram
- Brown Sugar 100 Gram
- Tamarind Water 50 CC
- Salt
- Chili:
- Boiled Small Chili 50 Gram
- Fried garlic 5 Gram
- Fried Small Shrimp crackers 50 Gram
- Fried bingo crackers 50 Gram
- Fried Shallots 10 Gram
Method
- Prepare all materials
- Blanch and boil the vegetable all separately
- smoothen the peanut
- Smoothen the red chili, garlic, sauté until nice, put in the coconut milk, put in peanut, mix and simmer, seasoning and take off
- ready to serve
