6-8 ounces of frozen (either spinach, collards, turnips or mustard greens)

       3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of imitation bacon bits

1/4 teaspoons of each:    sage,  basil, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne, dill weed

         1 medium onion (diced)

          1-2 tablespoons of water

1-2 pats of magarine or butter (optional)

Directions:  Put olive oil into the frying pan.   Turn on eye to medium.   Sprinkle imitation bacon bits over the oil.  Over the bacon bits, add the greens, and then over the greens spoon  the diced onions.  Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the onions.    Add water.  Put a lid over the mixture and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Stir  the green mixture and allow to cook for an extra 5  minutes.  Turn off burner.  If you want a rich flavor, stir in the margarine or butter and serve.  Enjoy the  mountaintop experience of these savory  gourmet greens.
