Mushroom Green Beans with Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil Mushroom Green Beans is the recipe with mushroom and green beans. The recipe can be cooked for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes.

Serves: 4
Ingredients 

Coconut Oil 2 tablespoons
Chopped Mushrooms 2 cups
Cooked Green Beans 500 gram
Black Pepper powder ½ teaspoon
Chopped Coriander 5-10 leaves
Salt to taste

  Method of Preparation

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms and sauté well.
  3. Keep on medium heat until the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Reduce heat and add cooked green beans to it.
  5. Add salt to it.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover the pan and cook until the green beans are tender.
  8. Increase the heat to evaporate the excess water.
  9. Add black pepper powder to it.
  10. Mix well.

How to Serve: Garnish this dish with chopped coriander leaves.
