5.       Soya  Sauce – 5 tsp

6.       Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp

7.       Chili Sauce – 1 tsp

8.       Pepper powder – 1 tsp

9.       Oil

To make the batter

1.       All purpose flour – 4 tsp

2.       Corn flour – 2 tsp

3.       Soya sauce-1tsp

4.       Pepper powder – 1 tsp

5.       Ginger & garlic paste – 2 tsp

6.       Water – little

7.       Salt-to taste

Method

Mix all the ingredients mentioned in batter making. Make sure, you add less water, so that the batter is thick.

Chop the mushrooms (into medium size pieces) and mix with the batter.

Heat a pan and fry the mushrooms in medium flame, in oil, till it becomes golden brown in color. Drain and keep aside.

Heat the pan and salute onion till it turns translucent. Add ginger and green chilly (slit) and salute for 2 more minutes.

Add the fried mushrooms along with soya sauce, pepper powder, chili sauce and mix them well. Make sure you don’t mess them.

Cook the mushrooms in low flame by covering the pan with a lid for 15 minutes. Then remove from flame. Add one tsp of soya & tomato sauce on top of it. Let it be like that for 30 minutes, so that the gravy gets set. Decorate with coriander leaves, if required, before serving.
