Mushrooms Stuffed with Salmon and Cheese “Cream”
Delicious stuffed mushrooms.
Ingredients:
250 g cheese “cream”
4 pieces of smoked salmon
2-3 tbsp butter
1 bunch fresh dill
7-8 large mushrooms
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method:
Place in each mushroom a piece of butter. Seal them in a tray.
Mash cheese. Add olive oil and chopped dill. Salt.
Make ‘roses’ of salmon. Place them in the mushrooms. Put on the each mushroom a bit of cheese mixture.
Arrange mushrooms on a serving plate. Serve well chilled.

all of the mushrooms are good if are not poison
