Potato Cutlet with Tomato Ketchup
My son loves potato. Though I know only baked and boiled potato is good for health, once in a while I do deep frying items too.
Ingredients
- Potato – 2 medium size
- All purpose flour – 100 grams
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Green chilies – 2
- Curry leaves – Few
- Salt – little
- Oil – for frying

Method
1. Boil potato. Peel the skin and smash it finely.
2. Add little water to all purpose flour and make small balls. Press them into round shaped outer covering bread (like roti or chappati).

3. Chop onion into thin and small pieces. Cut chilies into little big piece (so that your kid can remove it easily, if it is hot).
4. Fry onion and chili and curry leaves in little oil.
5. Mix them with the smashed potato.
6. Take a little amount of this mixture and keep in the bread prepared.
7. Roll it in the shape of a cookie.
8. Deep fry it in oil.
9. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
