Potato Cutlets and Lemon Juice
Snack time is always good. Try these simple recipes and you will enjoy.

Boil 4-5 potatoes and after these are cool. Peel off the skin and mash thoroughly. Add salt and green chillies or red chillie powder. You can also add 1-2 tsp of corn flour. Puff all the mixture and make it into a soft dough.
Now pat your hands with a tsp of oil, and take a small portion of potato mixture and make it into a small ball. Flatten up the small and see that the sides are not broken. Place each flattened cutlet in a plate until all the mixture is made into cutlets.
Now heat a flat pan and pour 1-2 tsp of oil to see that potato cutlets are not sticking to the pan. After the pan is heated, place each potato cutlet on pan at a distance, and allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Potato cutlet must appear golden brown on both the sides. Turn in between each potato cutlet for cooking it on both sides.
Turn off the heat, once the cutlets are cooked. Serve with tomato sauce.
Lemon juice
Take 3-4 glasses of chilled water and add 6-8 tsp of sugar. Mix it well. Now take 3-4 lemons and cut them into halves. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the sugar water. Mix it well. Now strain the entire juice. Pour the lemon juice into cone shaped glasses and decorate it mint leaves. Serve with straw. If you want you can add crushed ice or ice cubes. This quenches your thirst at all times and very good for health. Fresh is always good.
