Potato Rolls

Try the simple mouth watering potato rolls.
Ingredients:
- Refined oil or Olive oil
- Brown bread 8 slices
- Potatoes 4 (Boiled & grated)
- Carrot 1 (Grated)
- Onion 1 (Chopped)
- Fresh Coriander 3 Tbsp (Chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Green Chutney (Paste) (Coriander & Mint), optional or pickle masala
- Cheese (Grated)
- Milk 2 Cups
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except milk and keep aside. Cut the sides of the bread, dip in the milk and squeeze out the excess, milk.
Put the mixture in each bread and make rolls. Take the oven tray and oil it. Place these rolls on the tray and bake for 15 -20 minutes at 220 degrees, in a pre-heated oven until crisp.
